Interim Management

There are any number of reasons why a company may opt to use an interim manager. This can often be to drive a required operational or strategic improvement to the business. Similarly it can be to provide focus on a key project or to provide capacity for existing staff to apply that focus. In many cases it can be simply to provide cover for an existing member of a company's senior team during an extended period of absence or during a prolonged permanent recruitment programme
